We had a really nice stay for two nights.
The first 4 star hotel where everything was very good and impeccably clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the king room which was tastefully decorated with 2 single beds instead of a double. The staff members were amicable and accommodating. The location was incredible to the train station nearby. Tried some nice meals at Kraftdog, located next to the venue.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the city center, right next to the subway entrance. It is also surrounded by lots of comfortable sitting areas. Guests can easily access major attractions due to the downtown area. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and flooded with light. The bathrooms are open and include separate toilets. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast is generous and includes Nespresso coffee.
Some noise from the street can be heard at night.

My romantic escape at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The location was perfect - we could easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere for our stay. The best part was the fantastic breakfast that was included in our package. The variety of delicious options definitely started our days off on a high note.
While our overall experience was amazing, there were a couple of things that could have been improved. the WiFi connection wasn't the best, which made streaming movies a bit difficult.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by ensuring that the food was fresh and warm.

The hotel is right in the center of the city, close to everything but not too noisy. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast served is delicious and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from for other meals.
While the staff at the hotel was fantastic, there was an unfortunate experience at a local hospital.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and within walking distance of major attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to fulfill special requests. The breakfast was substantial and satisfied North American preferences.
Some guests experienced issues with temperature control in the rooms, including air conditioning not working properly and feeling cold at night. Another concern was the limited reception hours, causing difficulties in accessing the hotel at night.

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. We appreciated the complementary coffee and fridge stocked with beverages. The location was good, with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.
During our romantic escape we were disappointed by the maintenance issues in the room. The shower drain was clogged and the hot water didn't work well.
